In My Paws Dog Daycare and Grooming is currently hiring for a receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in our computer system
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general support to staff as needed
