About the Role:
Inclusive Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori teacher to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about child-centered education and has experience working in inclusive classroom settings.
Requirements:
Must hold a Montessori Diploma from IMS (International Montessori Society) or an equivalent internationally recognized Montessori certification.
Proven experience in a Montessori environment (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong references from previous Montessori institutions.
Passion for inclusive education and working with children of diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a prepared Montessori environment.
Guide children in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with support staff and parents to meet individual learning needs.
Maintain student records and assessments.
