We are seeking individuals who are comfortable working with people who have varying disabilities and can provide one-on-one tutoring and coaching sessions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of empathy and patience, along with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs.
Requirements:
- SPANISH SPEAKING IS A PLUS!
High school diploma and Bachelor's degree
Comfortable with in-home service provision as well as virtual tutoring sessions
Willingness to travel to clients' homes for in-person services (different areas in NJ)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a 1099 contractor
