We offer a unique opportunity to work under the guidance of Ricardo Rodriguez, a renowned mixologist and beverage director at some of Miami'sand New Jersey's most celebrated bars, including Heirloom at the St. Laurent, Lita, and the Broken Shaker.
About the Role
As a bartender at Lita & La Otra, you will play a crucial role in crafting and delivering exceptional cocktails that showcase our cutting edge beverage program. You will be responsible for:
Preparing a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails
Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
Contributing to the development of our ever-evolving cocktail program
Working closely with our team to maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience bartending in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques and ingredients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Passion for creating memorable cocktail experiences
Compensation
