Private Central Jersey Golf club looking for highly motivated and skilled Chefs/cooks.
Broiler: Must have working knowledge of meat temps. Needs to be organized, efficient and prompt.
Must have prior grill experience. High volume experience necessary. Pay will commensurate with experience.
Pool Cook: Prior experience working in a high volume fast paced kitchen. Needs to be organized, accurate and efficient. Must have experience working the hot line.
Seasonal cooks: Minimum 1 year restaurant or club experience. Duties will include but not limit to assisting Executive chef and Sous Chef in Prep for Banquets, Golf Outings and alla carte service.
