As a Captain, you are the connection between our guests, our service team, and our culinary program. What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for hospitality with a guest-first mindset.
Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings—confidence in guiding guests through our curated beverage program is a must.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team with grace and precision.
Prior experience in fine dining or high-level service environments.
A desire to contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and joy.
What you’ll do:
Lead your section and ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and celebrated.
Collaborate with our management, sommelier, and service team to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences.
Support training and mentorship for team members, ensuring service standards are not only met but exceeded.
