Chef de Cuisine - Posh Dining
Upscale restaurant group is looking for a Chef de Cuisine for a new construction (Posh dining) restaurant in Woodbridge New Jersey.
Five plus years experience in the same (or similar) role required.
Experience in opening and setting up new restaurants is a plus.
Culinary knowledge and skills must be exceptional.

Bread & Butter Hospitality is a fast paced restaurant group with multiple concepts both casual and upscale. Our newest project is a new construction fine dining restaurant in Woodbridge New Jersey called Violette’s Contemporary American and Italian. We are currently looking for a dynamic Chef de Cuisine to oversee all aspects of culinary operations.

Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee all food production and service for the restaurant.
- Manage station setup and coordinate the timing of all orders during volume periods.
- Menu development.
- Team leadership: hire, train and schedule all BOH staff including Sous Chefs and Line Cooks.
- Lead with accountability and professionalism.
- Financial Management: manage food and labor costs, vendor relationships, inventory and waste utilization.
- Must be ServSafe certified.
- Mastery of diverse cuisines and techniques.
- Maintain a strong presence to oversee and ensure exceptional customer service.
