Experience in Nursing home, Rehab Center or Hospital
Job Duties:
Prepares and portions foods according to established recipes.
Ensures compliance with food safety regulations.
Lead kitchen staff in all aspects of food and dining services.
Oversee all aspects of food preparation.
Ensure palatability, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
Follow portion controls as dictated by menus and requirements.
Complete required paperwork for quality of food and services.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
Follows assigned break schedules; work weekends, evenings and holidays are required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
