We are looking for someone with a passion for cooking, that enjoys working in a fun, supportive environment that can calmly and with focus, handle the rush of a crowd of people waiting to stuff burgers down their throats! Prior experience working on a flat-top/griddle is preferred. This position requires someone who can adjust and adapt on the fly, multi-task and communicate effectively. This position is mostly weekday nights, Tuesday-Friday shifts, 4-8:30 and 4-9:30 (about 20 hrs/week) with the possibility of some weekend shifts too. Some prep work and cleaning are required with this position. You will handle raw meat and need to be knowledgeable in food safety and cooking temps.
