We are looking for cooks to join our small yet mighty kitchen crew! Especially eager to find cooks with line experience. Additionally we're hoping to find someone with experience making desserts and other baked goods like focaccia. We offer good pay, sane hours, very nice people, and a relatively chill vibe. Chef/owner Cal Peternell worked for many years at Alice Waters' Chez Panisse Restaurant before moving to Frenchtown to start a similarly focused, seasonally and locally sourced restaurant and bar in a beautiful old inn by the river (the kitchen is clean, open, and airy, with river views, good lighting, and butcher block tables). The menu changes daily to keep it fresh and interesting. Prefer full-time, but will consider other possibilities.
