Fine Dining Servers Wanted – Labebe Prime Steak & Seafood (North Brunswick, NJ) Description: Labebe Prime – Steak & Seafood is a Mediterranean steakhouse with a New American/Asian twist, known for USDA Prime cuts, tableside presentations, smoked cocktails, and unforgettable celebrations. We are seeking experienced fine dining servers (part-time & full-time) to join our team. If you don’t just serve food but create experiences, we want you.
What We’re Looking For:
Deliver polished, professional service from greeting to check-out
Present menus, explain dishes, and confidently make recommendations
Execute tableside presentations and describe specialty items
Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and drinks with elegance and attention to detail
Anticipate guest needs and ensure every table feels taken care of
Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
Work seamlessly with bartenders, hosts, and support staff
Maintain a clean, organized section and follow fine dining standards
Process payments efficiently and accurately Requirements:
Fine dining serving experience REQUIRED (please do not apply without)
Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and steakhouse service a plus
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive, team-first attitude
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
