Front of House Supervisor
Hours: Full-time (around 40-50 hrs/week)
Pay: Salary based on experience
Reports to: Store Manager / Owner
Summary
The front of house supervisor makes sure every guest has a great experience. This person leads the front team, helps customers with their orders and payments, and keeps the dining area running smoothly.
Main duties
Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
Handle payments and ensure accurate sales reports
Keep the dining and front areas clean and organized
Solve customer problems quickly and politely
Communicate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
Train and motivate new front-of-house team members for current store and future stores
Requirements
5+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable handling money and using POS systems (Toast a plus)
Able to work 50 hours per week (includes weekends)
Positive, professional, and dependable
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
