Responsibilities of this position entail, production and execution of all pastry for restaurant and banquet alongside Pastry Chef and other cooks. maintain quality control, consistency of menu items, cleanliness of station and proper inventory with Pastry Chef. Must have knowledge of basic pastry preparations, mousses, gelatos, pastries, confections. Pastry Degree recommended .
5 day work week, 40 hours a week.
