Doc's Bar & Grill (located inside of Colonial Bowling & Entertainment) is looking for a Head Line Cook to help launch our new menu and take Doc's food & beverage program to the next level. The head line cook will serve as an integral part of the kitchen answering directly to the Kitchen Manager and acting as her 2nd in command. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Cooking
- Stocking
- Inventory
- Cleaning
- Food Prep and Prep Planning
- Enforcing health and safety guidelines
- Menu promotion
- Training
Night, Weekend and Holiday availability REQUIRED. Applicants without full Fri, Sat, Sun availability need not apply and any applications will be rejected outright.
3+ years experience working in food service preferred but not required.
