Housekeeper (Hotel)
A hotel in North Brunswick, NJ is looking to hire an experienced Housekeeper to support our housekeeping operations across both hotel guest rooms and banquet event spaces. This is an essential role for ensuring that our spaces are clean, welcoming, and ready to impress—whether it's for overnight guests or a special celebration.
We’re seeking someone who takes pride in cleanliness, can work efficiently and independently, and understands the importance of delivering a spotless experience every time.
Responsibilities:
Deep clean guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
Make beds, replace linens, and restock amenities
Keep public areas, banquet halls, and restrooms pristine before and after events
Assist with laundry operations (washing, folding, ironing)
Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance issues
Maintain cleaning supply inventory and request restocks as needed
Provide prompt, friendly service to guests when needed
Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness protocols
Requirements:
Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or event space is strongly preferred
Sharp eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
