Salary: 15.5-17 per hour
Our business is comprised of a small and strong team. Each member of our kitchen staff rotates through all areas of production. Our training program ensures guidance and support so that each member of our team is accomplished in all tasks and recipes.
Every day we all engage in the following areas:
Baking
Short order grillwork
Batch production for the grill
Batch beverage production: Chai, Syrups
Cleaning your work space
Restocking Inventory & Shelves
We train you in stages so that over time you learn all of our recipes and gain competency in every aspect of running our kitchen.
