Responsibilities
Execute all stations, including Garde Manger, Sauté, Grill, and Fryer
Memorize and maintain knowledge of all menu items and presentations
Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistency and precision
Ensure ingredient freshness and maintain high standards of quality
Follow standardized recipes and plating techniques
Collaborate with management and the culinary team to create memorable guest experiences
Qualifications
Previous experience in culinary arts, line cooking, or related roles
Passion for food, flavor, and innovative cooking techniques
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
