Our team is looking for an experienced line cook with grill experience on steaks, ribs and chicken breast. It's a very simple operation so you must be very good at the grill. Our culture is team oriented and not individualism. We focus on Rotisserie chicken, churrasco, ribs, chicken breast, salmon and shrimp. The sides are mostly done somewhere else, so the line cook does not need to worry about them, only a few like sweet plantains, fries, mixed veggies and asparagus. We work as a team so the line cook will always feel backed up, specially in rush hour. You will get the training in Linden so transportation is a must.
