Job Opportunity: Phone Person at Pronto Pizzeria and Restaurant

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assisting customers with placing orders for pickup and delivery
Providing menu information and recommendations to customers
Accurately entering orders into the computer system
Managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery or pickup
Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Basic computer skills for order entry and processing
Previous experience in a customer service or phone-related role is a plus
Knowledge of our menu offerings is preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
