The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated restaurant supervisor to our Constellation team at Rat’s Restaurant in Hamilton, NJ. As a restaurant supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the restaurant service in one of New Jersey’s finest restaurants.
What you'll be doing:
Working alongside the management team to support and supervise the servers, bar staff, and restaurant support teams.
Ensuring a high level of service standards are always met.
Engaging with guests to provide a unique and exceptional dining experience.
Supporting the restaurants wine and beverage program.
Working closely with the host team and supervising reservation management.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
High volume restaurant experience.
Fine Dining Experience.
Previous steps of service training.
Experience supervising multiple employees.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
Nice-to-haves:
An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
Food Handler’s certification.
