the candidates for server, must have at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, must know the real meaning of hospitality, must also have a good knowledge of spirits and must love food be charismatic, friendly, and able to multitask
bussers position is a minimum of 2 years of experience, very responsible and hard worker
runner must know how to use a tray for food, mush be bilingual and very responsible
