Location: Plainfield NJ

Compensation: $65,000\$75,000 base + performance bonuses (\$5,000–\$10,000/year) + benefits

Schedule:Full-time, must be flexible (nights/weekends/holidays)

About Us

We are a growing fast food casual concept with unique positioning in the NJ Market.

As we expand across New Jersey, we’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can run the day-to-day operations of our flagship locations while upholding the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and team culture.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

Lead by example on the floor, motivating and coaching both FOH and BOH teams.

Maintain a positive, respectful culture with accountability and teamwork.

Sales Growth

Drive catering sales, upselling, and local store marketing.

Monitor daily/weekly sales targets and create action plans to hit goals.

Customer Service

Ensure guests leave happy every time—handle complaints and recoveries.

Train staff on hospitality standards and service excellence.

Food Quality & Cleanliness

Daily quality checks on rotisserie, ribs, steaks, and all menu items.

Enforce prep standards, rotation, and cleanliness procedures.

Pass all health inspections with excellence.

Staffing & Scheduling

Hire, train, and develop team members (front and back of house).

Manage schedules to balance labor costs with business needs.

Conduct evaluations and corrective actions as needed.

Operational Excellence

Track food cost %, labor %, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs handled quickly.

Report daily/weekly results directly to ownership.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-casual or casual dining.

Strong leadership skills: able to build, coach, and retain a team

Proven ability to drive sales and profitability

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset—treats the store like it’s their own.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: \$65,000–\$75,000/year.

Bonus: \$5,000–\$10,000/year tied to sales growth, food cost %, labor cost %, and guest satisfaction.

Paid time off: 1 week per year
