Adult Medical Day Care looking for a part-time Activity Director. The Activity Director will be responsible of, planning, programming and deliver social, physical, spiritual, psychological and cognitive activities. The activities shall reflect and be adapted to the needs, interests and capabilities of the participants. As well documentation of initial assessments, quarterly review and significant changes on client's participation.
The Activity Director shall be certified or eligible for certification as an activity director certified (ADC) by the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals.
Have a high school diploma and at least three years of full time, or full- time equivalent experience in activities in a licensed health care facility and have successful completed an activities education program approved by the New Jersey
Department of Health and Senior Services.
