We are immediately seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team. We are urgently hiring specifically in the Hillsborough and Ringoes area. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to patients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a Home Health Aide certification with a strong background in elder care as well as Dementia care, with a focus on ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Medication reminders
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help with light housekeeping tasks
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Homecare or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Medical terminology and Medical documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
