Dental assistant needed in the general dental office, full time. Xray certification is a must.
Mon 9am-3pm, Tue and Thur 10am-7pm, Wed and Fri 7am-2pm, one Sat a month 8am-2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take dental x-rays
- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Perform patient assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Dentrix software
- Assist with dental coding and documentation, light front desk duties
