Process patient payments and manage medical collections as necessary.
Utilize EHR systems and dental software like Dentrix and nDentico for efficient record-keeping.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting
Strong clerical and administrative skills
Proficiency in EHR systems, particularly Denticon
Knowledge of dental terminology and medical records management
Excellent computer skills and experience with appointment scheduling
Ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and care
Familiarity with medical collection processes and HIPAA regulations
