Job Description
We are a fast growing, family owned, Non-Medical Home Health Care Agency with a census of over 100 clients! We are currently hiring for a full time Registered Nurse Supervisor, Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. Our office is located in Monroe, NJ.
We provide certified live-in and hourly caregivers to client's in their homes/ facilities in Mercer, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties. We offer generous compensation to all our staff and a wonderful work environment. NO WEEKENDS, NIGHTS OR HOLIDAYS!

Main Job Duties:
Admissions
Creating and Updating Care Plan on a Monthly basis
Orientation of CHHA/Companions
Supervision/Training of CHHA/Companions
Medication Administration
Documentation as per Company/CHAP/State Regulations
Updating Family and Office Staff of changes
Chart Review/Audits
Sales/Marketing
In-Service Training
Attend Team Meetings
Required Skills
RN Degree with current active license in NJ
Minimum of 2 years experience as RN
Home Care/Hospice Experience not required but a plus
Travel is Required with in Territory's described above(road warrior)
Must be highly organized
Self Starter is a must
Must be able to switch gears quickly
