All Staffing Warehousing located in Highland Park, New Jersey is in need of an Experienced Staffing Agency Recruiter for light industrial warehouse jobs.
You should have experience recruiting for light industrial warehouse jobs and/or manufacturing jobs.
Temporary position; Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and on boarding candidates for a variety of light industrial roles for our customers.
A company cell phone is provided for recruiting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source and call on resumes and respond to all calls about employment.
Schedule interviews and interview candidates.
Call on candidates references.
Post ads on Craigslist and Indeed for job openings.
Work directly with Sales Manager to identify needs for customers.
Experience with Excel, Outlook and Word needed for this position.
