WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a part-time heat press and printer operator to join our team! They may work with a variety of garments, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and hats. Time is flexible. We would be looking to convert the part-time into full time in the near future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operating and maintaining equipment: Set up, clean, and calibrate the machines.
Operating heat press, embroidery machine, and printing equipment.
Working with various garments such as t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.
Inspecting printed items: Ensure printed garments meet quality standards and look for faults.
Managing time effectively to meet flexible working hours.
Potentially transitioning from part-time to full-time in the near future.
Keeping work area clean and organized: Maintain the machine and supervise its parts on a weekly basis.
Meeting deadlines: Collaborate with team members to finish orders on time.
Lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs or use a hand truck to relocate orders within the building.
Navigate our website to locate customer artwork, print shipping labels, update order statuses, and prepare confirmation documents.
Perform quality control, machine maintenance, folding, boxing, and shipping completed orders.
Keep a clean and safe environment in the production and customer area.
TRAINING:
Experience in t-shirt production is a plus but not required. If you’re willing to learn and work hard, we will provide training to ensure your success.
