A busy decking company, operating out of Hamilton NJ, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking for employees with all ranges of experience. Carpenters and those who are just learning the trade are encouraged to apply. Willing to train motivated candidates with little to no experience.
CARPENTER POSITION: Responsible for all stages of deck construction from start to finish. Must be familiar with rough framing, decking installation, railing installation, and stair construction. Carpenter must be able to work well under a lead, problem solve, manage helpers/laborers, and represent the company positively.
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid NJ driver’s license
Must have basic hand tools at a minimum
Pay range. $22 – 30 depending on experience
LABORER POSITION: Responsible for demolition work, digging footings, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting carpenters in completion of the project. Room for growth from this position. Will be learning about all phases of deck construction.
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid NJ driver’s license
Should be able to acquire basic hand tools. (Hammer, square, belt, tape, etc.)
No experience required
Pay range. $16 – 20 depending on experience
