Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Door Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of carpentry experience, with a strong preference for door installation expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Install various types of interior and exterior doors, including entry, sliding and closet doors.
Measure and assess door openings for proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
Install hardware such as hinges, locks, and handles with precision and attention to detail.
Safely and effectively use hand and power tools to complete installations.
Coordinate with managers and team members to manage schedules and priorities.
Provide courteous, professional service to clients and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience.
Experience in door installation preferred.
Proficient with hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
