East Coast Food Distributors/The C&C Soda Company is searching for a bilingual Window Receiving Dispatcher to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the central hub for receiving deliveries, coordinating with drivers and customers, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming trucks, verify paperwork for quantity and product accuracy.
Assist customers picking up orders and ensure a smooth experience.
Communicate with the office to confirm receiving shipments and paperwork completion.
Dispatch internal drivers using our scanning system and work with the office on scheduling.
Verify and confirm counts of staged retail orders.
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to learn new computer systems, including our internal inventory software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Patience and confidence in decision-making.
