About the Role:
We are seeking a detailed oriented team leader and problem solver who is willing to take a hands-on approach and step in to support various functions as needed. This position requires expert knowledge of our inventory and alignment with our team and company vision. The Warehouse Lead will support the company through thoughtful planning and execution, analyzing various metrics such as order accuracy, inventory storage utilization, receiving efficiency, and truck utilization. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our warehouse logistics runs smoothly, efficiently and accurately.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a warehouse position or a related field
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order picking, and inventory control
Excellent communication, leadership skills and analytical skills
Must have availability 5 days a week, including 1 weekend day.
Active drivers license with acceptable drivers record
Preferred Qualifications:
Prep Center experience preferred but not required
Experience with truck planning & scheduling
Active or prior electric jack experience
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all warehouse operations, order picking, separate boxes from pallets with multiple SKUS
· Print labels and match to corresponding SKUS as well as inform associates of any prep needed
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for and reconcile any errors in receiving
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Palatize 20-30 Pallets a week
Incentives:
$28-$30 Hourly based on experience
