Promise Tree & Landscape Service is a Family Owned Business working out of Edison, NJ and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Tree Groundsman and/or Landscape/Lawn Maintenance worker to start immediately!
This position will lead into Full-Time for the right person.
Note: There will be a 90 day trial period, so Make Sure to Give Us Your Best!
Your main responsibilities are a Tree Groundsman and/or a Landscape/Lawn Maintenance worker, so you MUST Have Prior Experience in at least one of these!
You Will Be Required To:
Show Up On Time
Must have your own means of transportation to and from the meeting site; either your own vehicle or the ability to take a cab, train or bus to the meeting site. You will Not be picked up and are expected to be on time.
Be Responsible, Reliable, Honest & Trustworthy!
Work Safely!
Provide personal identification (driver's license, birth certificate, social security card or number & must Complete a 1099, I-9 and W-4).
Must know how to handle/operate All Saws, Blowers, Lawn Mowers, Weedwackers, Machines and Tools related to the Landscape/Lawn and Tree Work fields.
You will be a Tree Groundsman and/or a Landscape/Lawn Maintenance worker, so you will need to be willing and able to do the duties that go along with both of those positions.
Please Note:
Knowing how to operate/drive a Pickup Truck and/or Mason Dump is a Big Plus (at times a trailer will be attached to these vehicles and it will be a plus if you can operate them)
In addition, knowing how to operate/drive a Skidsteer and/or a Bucket truck is a Big Plus
There may be times you will be splitting wood and knowing how to operate a wood splitter is a Plus
Speaking Spanish is a plus
Having a Valid Drivers License is a Huge Plus!
