Print shop in Central NJ (NJ Turnpike exit 8A) is looking for an experienced automatic press operator/screen printer. This job is full time with potential for OT during peak times.
MUST have prior experience with automatic and manual presses including setup, breakdown.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and running automatic screen printing machine
- Coat and expose screen
- Load/unload garments onto the printing machine
- Ensure accurate placement and registration of designs
- Monitor and adjust print quality throughout the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Meet production targets and deadlines
- Keep track of production supplies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines
- Strong communication skills
Compensation: $16-$18 (based on experience and skill level)
