About Us :
- We are a property maintenancecompany servicing most of NJ. We also service 15 states From Boston to Kansas City. We have 3 locations in NJ Hoboken, Edison and Marlboro. We are looking to fill our part time landscaping positions. We are a great company to work with and are looking for someonelong term. Also, this is a year round position, in the winter and late fall we have other services that we perform, mostly with commercial business locations.
Job Description:
- You will be given one or two lawns to mow or trim hedges or bushes per day. Thelawns are small, most are 1/3 of an acre or less. Most should take 25 minutes to 45 minutesto complete.
-You will need experiencewith mowing grass, using a weed wacker, backpack blower and hedge trimmer. (lawn mowing is most common)
Typical Day:
1. You will be texted the address and service (lawn mowing or hedge trimming) for you to service the day before.
2. Before you leave your house to start your day, you will text the main office, this will be your start time (you will be paid for travel time to and from the property address)
3. You will be required to perform service (lawn mowingor bush trimming) when youget there. After you finish you will have either another house in the area to service or you would be done for the day.
4. When you finished the last property. You will be required to text when you leave your last house for the day.
Payment
- We are paying $20/hr. You can expect to work 5 hours a day including transport time per day.
- You will be paid for travel time to and from the property locations.
- Also, you will be paid $10 per day in gas
- We pay on the books W2 and pay every week.
Hours of Operation
- Days: Monday -Friday
- Hours : We are flexible: Starting time anywhere between 9am- 12 noon.
Qualifications:
- You will need experiencewith mowing grass, using a weed wacker, backpack blower and hedge trimmer. (lawn mowing is most common)
- You will need a pick up truck and you will be required to transport our equipment (push self propelled mower 90lbs), weed wacker, backpackblower and hedge trimmer in the bed of your truck to customers' lawns.
- Any pick up truck with a bed will be great.
- You will not be hauling grass clipping or tree branches in your truck bed.
