Based in Union County , New Jersey, we are a growing construction company, specializing in residential projects, concrete, masonry, hardscaping and landscaping. Our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction drives our operations, and we are seeking an experienced Foreman to help elevate our service to the next level.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations on site, utilizing your extensive industry experience.

Maintain clear and effective communication across the team and with clients, including setting clear expectations and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Foster a professional work environment, emphasizing respect, integrity, and responsibility.

Proactively think ahead, spot potential problems, and offer solutions.

Communicate plans effectively with the team, ensuring understanding and alignment.

Maintain diligent tracking of labor hours and project progress.

Uphold a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring job sites are left clean upon project completion.

Actively participate in and perform skilled masonry and concrete work, including finishing concrete, preparing forms, and other hands-on tasks as required.

You Are Perfect for This Role If You:

Have substantial experience in residential construction, with expertise in most of our services such as foundations, concrete flatwork and curbs, bricks, stone veneer, stamped concrete, pavers, retaining walls, and tiles.

Are able to read, understand and implement construction plans.

Possess a valid driver's license and are proficient in English.

Are adept with technology, including computers and smartphones.

Show excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Demonstrate quality craftsmanship and a customer-centric approach.

Are reliable, honest, and possess strong communication skills.

Have hands-on skills in masonry and concrete work, capable of performing tasks personally.

Requirements:

-7 years experience

-Drivers license
