At Noll Brothers we pride ourselves on providing top-quality automotive service. We know that a clean and organized shop is essential for both our team's efficiency and our customers' experience. We are looking for a reliable and meticulous individual to help us maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in the shop, office, and waiting areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.
Empty and clean all trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.
Clean up spills, including oil and other automotive fluids, using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
Wash windows, glass doors, and other surfaces.
Ensure shop supplies are organized and restocked as needed.
Assist with other basic maintenance tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "see it, clean it" attitude.
Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in a commercial or industrial cleaning environment is a plus.
Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and bending.
A positive, team-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and waste is preferred.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3PM – 7PM," or 4PM to 8PM
