Responsibilities:
Light and moderate household repairs (e.g., painting, plumbing, flooring, trim, troubleshooting)
Making appointments and being responsible for maintenance and scheduling repairs.
Use a specialized app for reports and work done.
Must be bilingual(english/spanish)
Requirements(MUST HAVE):
Valid driver's license.
Own vehicle (for commuting to work and sometimes to different projects).
Basic handyman skills.
Must have common tools (hammer, knife, screwdrivers, screw guns).
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
