We are a residential service company 35yrs.
We have a position open for crew leaders and labor. We pay on experience and work ethics. Show up on time, complete service per our standards. We have a way to do things, if you can not agree to our standards, we will not be a good fit.
We do not know you; we have no idea what knowledge you have with your experience.
No experience $16-$18 per hour
Some experience $18-$20 per hour
Leader $22-$24 per hour
Crew leader regardless of driver’s license or not. You will Start $22 per hour. When you learn how we work, how you get the route done in the time required. When you have the street names down without looking at a map. As you progress, we can discuss pay rate. When you meet our numbers pay can increase in a matter of months or years, all depends on your work ethic.
We service 200 residential homes and are looking forward to a big growth year.
I am here to give you what you need to work a fair day’s work. Get the job done in a timely manner, show up on time every day. Keep trucks clean and treat equipment with respect.
We pay every two weeks. On the books, fully insured with workers comp.
Service we provide.
Lawn cutting, Lawn renovation, Mulching, pruning, shrub trimming, clean out wooded areas, walkway reset, sanding walkways, Landscape overhauls. Our focus is lawn cutting.
