All Staffing Warehousing's located in Highland Park, NJ is looking an experienced Lumper Unloading Supervisor to oversee and guide teams of Lumpers.
We work with a variety of warehouses in the areas of Edison, Cranford, Kearny, Piscataway, and Saddle Brook.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 3rd party of unloading of trailers and containers.
- Supervise teams of Lumpers
- Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials
- Ensure accurate documentation of received and shipped materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lumper supervisor is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more
- Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment safely
- Knowledge of materials handling procedures and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Independent thinker with the ability to adapt
Company provides either a company cell phone or cell phone reimbursement
Company provides reimbursement weekly for use of your vehicle. You must have and use your own vehicle for this position. Mileage reimbursement is at 67 cents per mile.
Hours:
Monday to Friday; Start times vary between 7am and 8am; end times vary between 3:30pm and 4pm. 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. 37 hour work week.
