FULL TIME Job ($22 to $25 Per Hour Based On Experience)
We are a Facility Services company based in Wilmington, Delaware that is looking to hire a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician to work (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday.
NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.
The Maintenance Tech position will require TRAVELING to various commercial sites that the cleaning company manages in Central New Jersey area.
The Standard Hours Of Service Are 8:30am to 4:00pm, (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday.
The Service Duties Include But Not Limited To:
Commercial Maintenance work
Changing Door Locks
Replacing Light Bulbs
Changing Ballasts
Minor Plumbing Work
Minor Electrical Work
Unclogging Toilets
Hanging Numerous Items On Walls
Minor Sheet Rock Repair
Minor Glass Repair
Assembling Office Furniture & Equipment
Patching & Painting
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.
Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour based on experience
Minimum Of (3 to 5) Years Of Experience In The Field Is Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have Valid Driver’s License to Company Vehicle and Company Gas Card Will Be Provided During Work Hours. Tools and materials also provided
