Monday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning and Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities include general cleaning, basic maintenance tasks, trash removal, and keeping the property in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Take out trash and recycling
Perform light maintenance and basic repairs as needed
Report any issues or damages to management
Requirements:
Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
Must have reliable transportation
