Duties
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the community grounds to ensure optimal upkeep.
Conduct residential maintenance request, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Supervise maintenance projects when needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
Collaborate with the on-site property manager to address facility-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Experience
Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
Experience utilizing ladders.
Proficiency in English is required.
The ability to perform diverse repair tasks.
