Janitorial Cleaning to ONE location (possibly more if interested) 3 days a week. Cleaning consists of all office cleaning duties, but not limited to: Dusting, Sanitizing Kitchen, Disinfecting Bathrooms, Wiping of all Horizontal and Vertical Surfaces, Disposal of Garbage to Dumpster, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Wet Mopping, Window Cleaning, ETC. Cleaning must be performed after business hours and will take a minimum of 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete each service by one person.
Must have reliable vehicle to get to and from site in Matawan and Old Bridge area. All major national federal holidays OFF. You do not lose a day since you must complete your scheduled shift prior to the holiday. Sick leave compensation. All year around work regardless of the circumstances.
