Our facility in Somerset County New Jersey has an opening for a part-time caretaker. Duties include grounds keeping (lawn maintenance, general clean-up) cleaning rest rooms and maintaining supplies, pool maintenance and testing, general maintenance of grounds and facilities (Including kitchen, showers, clubhouse, etc.) as well as serving as first contact with vendors and business related visitors. This position will be for the summer, and may become permanent, and will require you to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Applicants should be able-bodied, have a valid driver's license, be familiar with lawn and out-door tools, available for occasional on-call events and emergencies. Reference from previous places of employment will be required.
