We are seeking a self-reliant, motivated individual with pest control experience and a valid 7A and 7B license to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to think on their feet, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
Drive to residential and commercial properties to service pest control accounts
Inspect sites, identify pest issues, and determine treatment plans
Apply pest control methods safely and effectively
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Use ladders and basic tools for property access and service tasks
Perform light carpentry work when necessary
Work some Saturdays as needed
Requirements:
Must have pest control experience
Must possess a valid 7A and 7B license
Must have a clean driver’s record
Must be able to pass a background check
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Comfortable using ladders and doing physical work
Some carpentry knowledge required
Willingness to work some Saturdays
