A-1 Spotless Inc. is an industry leader, specializing in professional power and soft washing for residential, commercial and industrial customers throughout New Jersey. We also provide handyman and painting services. A-1 Spotless Inc. (formerly Spotless Pressure Washing Contractors -est. 1989) is family-owned and operated, and has been servicing Somerset, Middlesex, Morris, Union and surrounding counties for 35 years.
We are currently seeking experienced individuals to fill the following positions: Power Washing Technicians, Handyman, Painter and Helper to service our large and growing customer base.
Position Requirements:
Power Washing Technicians, Handymen, Painters and Helpers are expected to represent the company professionally and be knowledgeable while completing services. It is preferred that Power Washing Technicians, Handymen, and Painters have 2 years of experience servicing residential and commercial properties. Painters with experience using an airless paint sprayer is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Interact directly with customers ensuring services are completed to meet or exceed the customer’s satisfaction and expectations. Also, technicians recommend further services if necessary and ensure the customer is informed of all additional services available.
Desired Qualifications, Characteristics, and Skills:
Must be highly motivated, self-starting; able to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong attention to detail is required.
Must possess strong communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Friendly, energetic, honest, and professional presence.
Must have a valid Social Security number and/or valid Green Card.
Must have a valid New Jersey driver’s license and good driving record.
Compensation:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
Salary is commensurate with experience. Opportunity for pay raise and performance bonuses upon review.
Overtime is available during our busy season.
