We are looking for a reliable Production Operator for our client an Industrial Coatings Manufacturer in Levittown, PA.
Direct Hire / Full Time / Full Benefits.
Pay Rate: $18 HR - $21 HR / Based on Experience level and Interview.
Monday through Friday 8am - 4PM.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Manufacturing, Mechanical or Production environment is preferred.
Forklift and pallet jack experience.
Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills and the ability to record data accurately.
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Handle and mix raw materials for solvent production.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Record and report production data accurately.
