Job Summary:

A successful Residential & Commercial Property Maintenance Services Professional is expected to visit properties, perform interior and exterior property maintenance for our residential and commercial customers. We perform gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and other home-based services. Training would be provided. You should have excellent customer service skills, troubleshooting skills, field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. Customer interaction is a major part of this job, as a result, Customer service and Customer satisfaction are key for a successful client visit.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience in maintenance is a nice-to-have
Multifamily or construction site experience as well as prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and building systems is a nice-to-have
We are not seeking landscaping, snow plowing or cleaning applicants at this time.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational and time management skills and be able to communicate with office, coworkers, residents, emergency providers and outside contractors.
Must have a mechanical aptitude; skillful use of equipment and tools, and have physical and manual dexterity skills.
Respond to customer service calls and field dispatches.
Meet with the client, greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
Provide technical training to others.
Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
Complete job reports.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule
Mechanical and electrical skills.
Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
Good communication and training skills.
Solid customer service attitude and strong work ethic
Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Able to work in all weather conditions
Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment
